Correct idiomatic usage would be:
no chance to
OR
no chance of

Examples:

(1) China has no chance of winning a gold medal at Olympics this year.
(2) I would like a chance to participate in the games.

A introduces that unnecessarily.
C puts the sentence is passive voice which is less stylistically preferable to the active voice.
