confused b/w
A & E
. Both look equally wrong/right!

The correct answer is E.

B is wrong because it starts off awkwardly with a To.
C is wrong because it changes the meaning of the sentence.
D is wrong because "the great eruption of Vesuvius in two letters" tends to suggest that the eruption took place in two letters which is illogical.
A is wrong because of the same reasons as D

E is correct because it correctly says that in two letters, the nephew wrote the only eye witness account of...

Hence, E!
