Hey there,
Well an MBA is certainly useful if you want to get more into the business side of things, if you have entrepreneurial aspirations, or if you want a career jump in leadership and salary terms. You're gonna need to work a few more years though (ideally) so you might want to hold on to your hat, and int he meanwhile work on getting the best GMAT and profile possible by taking leadership positions, getting involved in your community and volunteer works, and taking initiative as much as you can at work.
