I might be slow on this one ...

irrespective of m being positive or negative ..... you get a number which has many zeroes and a 1 .... if you now add that to 5 ..... you get a number which has some zeroes , a five and a one ... Rule of divisibility says that the sum of the digits should be divisible by 3... so 5+ 1 + how many ever zeroes is always divisible by 3....
