Passage is not speaking about clothing. It si speaking about consistency in coloring. "Consistency" is the keyword.

A - about clothing -OUT
B - about quality of coloring - OUT
C - Clothing - OUT
D - About Consistency - CORRECT
E - Group and individula are irrelveant.
