If your Kaplan tests are fresh, I would use them for your practice over your GMATPrep since you've already taken them. One important caveat: don't pay too much attention to your Kaplan scores since they tend to be skewed well below what you should actually expect on the real test. Use them for practice, but don't take them as an actual indicator of your performance.
