I get confused when I read that something is ___ is no less than ___. Is there a better way to word this? Is "about the same" a better substitution?
I read "no less than" in a mathematical way as "greater than or equal to." So if someone says that "he is no less tall than you are" He can be the same height or taller. He cannot be shorter.
So just think of the math symbol "greater than or equal to"
