The hostels of LPU are most comfortable and damn strict. There is no compromise when it comes to the security of the students. LPU residential facilities are as state of the art as the campus is. There is a round-the-clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the Ac and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per week. The room has an Air Conditioner, attached washroom, and Geyser in each room. Wooden Box Bed, Study Table, Chair, and Almirah. Students have to seek permission to use electrical gadgets having a maximum load of up to 5 amperes per apartment. One and two Seater apartments have attached lobby and kitchenette. There is an electricity backup and water supply. In addition to it, staff assistance and medical service (Medicines and tests On Payment). Study Room, TV Room, Lift Facility, Fire Fighting System, Purified Water Facility, Maintenance Services, Wi-Fi Service, Free Electricity Units (As Applicable) As my friend spend her 3year at LPU hostel she said, she has amazing experience there: whatever the facilities provided by LPU in hostel are remarkable whether its about Room ,Mess, Electricity and all, are amazing . LPU is having really good hostel facilities. they have almost all the facilities which any student can ask for, be it a gym, salon, ATM, canteens, cafe, Mess with really hygienic and good food. 24/7 wifi connection 24/7 water supply and various other things. there are even playgrounds to play basketball, football, badminton, cricket on hostel premises. LPU is very safe for girls. There are strict rules for all the students. But for girls there are some extra. For eg if a girl has to go outside of campus on leave, then they have to carry slip by warden with them which has to be shown in main gate and for boys we just have to submit online application. Girls have to come back to their hostels before 6PM. If any urgent work is there then they have to inform warden. If a girl want to go Library in night then they can go but has to inform. Attendance will be taken in Library and they all have to come back at the same time (their are batches), they have to move in group in night and guard will be there to take them safely to hostel.
