This is not a gmat like question--at least not official question. yet the only option C is good. All other options are indirect. Only option C is direct.

"Having" is not a favored form in the GMAT. Answer A is correct but it is redundant. Answers B,D and E include "having". C is the best

This is a Kaplan 800 question...and the answer is C as it is the most simple direct way of expressing the intentions.
