Hi Gurmeet,

ISB considers work experience which you gained after completing your graduation in 2011. Usually this applies to all the top B-Schools. It is difficult to assess your chances at this point so focus on preparing for GMAT and your academics grades are on lower side so try to compensate that by solid GMAT score.
