GMAT set 1-31

I've heard some people saying about practicing GMAT sets 1-31.
I want to know how relevant are these questions to the current exam pattern ?

You're best off using the newest official material: Exam Pack and Question Pack 1 and 2 on the mba.com website seem like the ticket. If you have time for more material, consider the 2017 Official Guides and some prep material from an established, reputable provider (hey, I just happen to work for one of those!

)
