Hi I am planning to Pursue PhD in Management.I have done Masters in Fashion Management From NIFT New Delhi ( India's Leading Fashion Institute). I have been working in the Retail Industry for last 12 years and have risen through hierarchy. I wish to pursue my dream of an academic career.
since it would a big investment in terms of time hence kindly guide me for a fully funded PhD program in any leading American B School.

All PhD programs in the US almost without exception are "fully funded," in that you won't have to pay tuition. You will also receive a stipend in most full time PhD programs (not much, maybe $20-$40K per year USD). The key will be in finding a program which aligns with your area of desired research.
