It is difficult to tell what your chances are without a GMAT score. However, both Witwatersrand and Stellenbosch have average GMAT scores in the mid 500s, so you need to be at least in that area.

Your biggest barrier will be work experience. Students at those schools show 8-10 years average experience. You will only have 4 years' experience by the time classes start which would put you at a disadvantage. They also accept an unusually small proportion of international students.

If you are currently working in South Africa, it might be worth your while to visit the schools and talk to the admissions committees to find out whether you are the sort of candidate they are looking for. The low GMAT average suggests that the schools accept a substantial proportion of their applicants, but I can't find specific information.

There has been a move to change accreditation for MBA programs in South Africa recently. You may want to look into that.

Good luck,
Tani Wolff

Thank you Tani for the information. It's a very good information that i have received from you. I have gone through their websites and esquired the staff there at WITS. According to them, for a full time program, a minimum experience of 3 years and GMAT score of 550 on average. Since i met the work experience criteria, and i hope i can give them above average GMAT score, i think i would be a applicant for them. Suppose i met their GMAT criteria, then could you help me to know my profile fits in the class.

Thank you & Best Regards,
Anil
