You don't give much detail in your post, but I'll give you the advice I give everyone with a big quant/verbal disparity -- start reading!
Rather than doing question after question and beating yourself up over GMAT stuff, just add 30-60 minutes of quality reading into your daily study regimen. I like the Wall Street Journal and the Economist. Your verbal skills will improve without really thinking about it.
Reading more will obviously improve your RC skills. Reading critically (thinking about what you just read) will improve your CR skills. Well-written material will improve your SC skills since you'll develop an eye for good grammar.
Also, make sure you spend lots of time with the OG. Understand (i.e., be able to explain to someone else) why the wrong answers are wrong - that's a key trick to studying for verbal.
