Community College Transcripts

by islandgurl918 » Fri Aug 20, 2010 11:51 am
Hello,

Is it 100% absolutely necessary to include a community college transcript when applying for an MBA program if you already received a BA from a good university? I only took a course, but was thinking of not including it as my grade was less than stellar. I did very well in undergrad and would much rather just include that transcript. Thoughts?

Also, did not use community college course to transfer anywhere. This class was merely an extra class I took for fun, or enrichment.

Hey IslandGurl! You're in luck. If the course you took was not toward a degree or not a part of a degree (such as study abroad), you don't have to include it. You don't have to include courses you took for fun or enrichment unless you want it to be considered as a part of your application.

Best of luck with your applications!
