Hi Ashish,
Unfortunately I dont know too much about MBA/MIS programs. My understanding is many top MBA programs do not have a formal MIS curriculum (which is probably why you havent gotten too many other repsonses)

However, I could be wrong.

Kelley SOB (Indiana University) has a super MSIS program, its by no means an MBA though.

One of the Best university , I know for MIS program is Carnegie Mellon University. U can als visit there website for ur reference ( www.cmu.edu) .
