Your GMAT score is below the range for the most competitive programs, but your background as a female dentist may be sufficient to overcome that score. Your verbal score and solid AWA will be helpful. If your undergraduate education was outside the US you may be required to take the TOEFL.

You should look for programs with a healthcare focus. I am sure you are aware that the number of applicants from India is growing rapidly and that makes it difficult for people in that pool. However, most applicants from India have technical backgrounds and your dental experience would help you stand out.

You can certainly apply to the very top ranked schools and have a chance to be accepted. If you are determined to go next year, however, you should be sure to include a couple of schools for which your GMAT score is more in line as safety schools. You have several solid points that you should emphasize in your application - your years of dental experience, the fact that you operated your own clinic (essentially entrepreneurial experience), and your community involvement. A seasoned admissions consultant could help you bring your strong points to the fore.
