I'M ATTENDING CSUN

by bobbaka » Sat Jan 31, 2009 8:19 pm
I’m currently attending California State University Northridge and expecting to get my BA in Cinema and television with a minor in marketing by the end of 2009. I can expect my GPA to stay around 3.2. I also have about 5 years of fulltime work experience. I’m hoping to be accepted by USC or UCLA. I was wondering, with my current conditions, what kind of GMAT scores would I need to have a shut at any of these schools or any of the local schools such as LMU and Pepperdine.

In advance, I appreciate your kind and immediate respond

With the best regards

Bobby,

Hello, Bobby,

For UCLA, a GMAT of 700 or above would be advisable, given the less than stellar GPA. I'd say the same for USC. It could be less for the other two programs but it should still be in the mid 600s and should be accompanied by excellent essays to give you a strong chance of admission.

Good luck!
