Circumference of the track = 2Ï€r = 2Ï€(75) = 150Ï€.
Twice around the track = 2(150Ï€) = 300Ï€.
Set up a proportion and cross-multiply:
Ï€ meters/2 seconds = 300Ï€ meters/x seconds
xπ = 600π
x = 600 seconds.
