wat is the proepr usage between ability and capabality ???

or is it the difference with usage if "a" and "an"

A is the right answer 'coz it is precise to the point and avoids wordy construction as in C

Morever i feel especially fits the context better

able is followed by "to" + simple form of the verb

Capable is followed by "of" + gerrund

how about capability ???
