I really couldnt find any flaw. But using process of elimination,
according to me, the answer should be either A or C.
What is the OA?

IMO C

Note the wordings "could damage" in the argumnet by Arjun and the subsquent support from option C mentioning about "possibility"

IMO E.

Arjun talks about an example that is inconsistent with his own conclusion.

I will go with A. Reason being, Yoganda mentions un-authorised access to computer and compares it with reckless misuse, Arjun talks about the medical records, and its particular misuse with harmful intention.

getting access to computer and somehow clicking here or there or deleting some file etc is what Yogonda refers when he compared reckless use of cars.
Charged up again to beat the beast :)

Another question based on this CR :)

An issue in dispute between Yolanda and Arjun is
(A) whether joyriding physically endangers human
lives
(B) whether the unauthorized manipulation of
computer data involves damage to private
property
(C) whether damage to physical property is more
criminal than damage to intellectual property
(D) whether the unauthorized use of computers is as
dangerous to people as is joyriding
(E) whether treating private property recklessly is
ever a dangerous crime

The answer is C because joyriding physically endangers people, but unauthorized use of
medical records systems in hospitals only could make harm
The answer is C, but firstly I chose E
