Can I have an evaulation?

by icandy018 » Sun Sep 14, 2008 12:28 pm
Hi.

Undergraduate at Buffalo State College in Fashion Design : 3.4 GPA

GMAT score : 370

First job out of school: Receptionist. Then promoted to Production Assistant. Then promoted to CAD Designer. (All at one company in a course of 1 year and 8 months.)

New Job: started 4 months ago. title: designer.

I was wondering if I would be able to get in to PACE or St. Johns University. I saw that there GMAT range was 440-540.

I write good essays and I have the 2 letters of recommendation that are also very good.

Can I have some suggestions?

Thanks!
:D

Dear icandy018,

To be competitive, your GMAT score needs to be in the range for the school. Even though you have a good GPA and career progression, most schools will still want your GMAT to be in range. I highly encourage you to retake the GMAT and try to get your score closer to 500.

Best of luck,
Lisa
