E
A and C-which issue
B-Present perfect tense is incorrect
D-you cant keep essential info in ,------,

As far as "It" is concerned , it is present in all statement hence I would not really look for its correctness

E

i was confused between D and E as well. then i focused on the meaning of the sentence and noticed that M was ideal not because it was settled by humans, but because it was the 'last' place to be settled by humans. D violated this idea clearly.

Which as a noun modifier modifies "settlement"

so as per A -settlement made Madagascar the ideal site-this is incorrect

similary for C-Earth made Madagascar the ideal site-this is incorrect

No...As per me, Have undergone means present perfect..This means M* is still undergoing...If this is the case, it wont be ideal at all fôr flora and fauna"
