All third tier schools. Don't expect to break into ibanking or consulting, but these are ok schools if you're looking to continue in your current industry with a deeper management education.

Good post. loadupscott provided a very good "breakdown" of the Canandian bschool programs. I would, however, like to mention that I know many individuals who have completed MBAs from second tier unis (namely, McGill and HEC) who have led successful careers at Goldman Sachs (London), McK (Montreal office / Toronto office) and Canadian IB arms (Capital Markets, Nesbitt Burns, etc.)

Remember, these employers can also be found at second tier US schools. IB and MC firms in Canada are not solely hiring in the US... in fact, (especially in Quebec) they search for individuals bilingual in English and French to meet the demand of local companies.

Therefore, good opportunities arise if you can stand out amongst your peers.

although Queens has a solid reputation and has a great undergraduate program - their MBA is 2nd tier at best.
They do not even come close to Ivey or Rotman... for that matter Schulich is prob better than Queens.

I have lived in Canada for eight years and did my undergrad here. What on earth is Calragu Uni?

Overall I would have to agree with the sentiment on this thread. The listed schools are nothing spectacular.
