Third Time's a charm: Suggestions New Prep Course/Tutor?

I'm taking the GMAT for a Third time in November or early December. I took it in August and got at 580 (44Q,26V) and took it again at the end of September and did worse (35Q, 27V)!

I started this process a while ago and took Kaplan, but this really didn't work for me as I really needed to focus on relearning the material as compared to taking the test. I enrolled in MGMAT online self study and started to see improvement. The weeks before I took test for a second time I was scoring in the mid 600's, but somehow I did not score anywhere near this when it came to the actual test. So I'm back to square one.

Does anyone have any suggestions for Prep courses that I should consider (other than the ones that I;ve already taken) before taking the test a 3rd time? I'm thinking an accelerated course might be best. I would also consider getting one on one tutoring if that would be a better route. I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks very much for the post. I'm surprised to hear that you were scoring in the mid 600s in your practice tests, but earned a high 500 in your actual test.

Was there another factor that may have been inhibiting your performance on test day? Did you feel especially stressed, or felt like your pacing was off?
