Got really disappointed with the prep score.

here is the deal

this my 1st experience with GMAT.
i have been preparing full time for last 2 weeks(MGMAT 1-9) and have already covered all 9 volumes.
about to start doing OG13 exercises.

i have done prep test both before and after the preparation, and i am always stuck at 25-27 in verbal, even after having MGMAT SC covered.

need help with SC, CR and RC. i have no idea how i can improve my verbal score. would it help by doing loads of verbal exercises?

i havent made appointment yet but i am very likely to take it in 30days.

please help.... really disappointed....

Hi wunihao,

If you're not comfortable with the various Verbal categories just yet, then you shouldn't be thinking about taking your GMAT in the next 30 days. I understand the pressure of application deadlines, but if you don't have a high enough GMAT score, then the deadline won't matter.

Have you gone back to review WHY you're getting questions wrong? Doings lots of Verbal questions won't solve the problem if you continue to make the same mistakes.
