Return On Investment (ROI) in MBA

As it is costly to get an MBA degree from American and Europian B-schools and less opportunities for scholarships and assistance-ship, I will be taking hefty loan If I get admission in the school of my choice.

I want to know what will be the ROI, how many years(approx) will it take to clear those debts.

Please suggest.

An MBA from a top program is an extremely valuable degree. In addition to your post-graduation career, you will gain significant professional and personal growth. Most MBA-grads say the 2 years they spent in business school were the best years of their life. From that 'intangilbes' perspective, its hard to assess the true ROI of your investment.

One way to think of ROI is your post-grad salary, I believe the average salary for MBAs from a top-10 program is around $100-$125k. Obviously this varies based on many factors (industry, function, region, previous experience, school).
