It happens many times, you feel stressed out when you think about GMAT and study hard day and night.

All you need to do is stay strong.
Sometimes taking day (or two ) off from studying helps.
Also, dont always solve problems/questions. That leads to stress building at performance checking stage (ie while taking practise CAT).

You can consciously read newspaper or magazine that helps in CR & RC.
You can think of numbers and their properties use in your daily life, make your own GMAT style problems ... but in your mind only. Dont give too much importance to them.
Such side-by-side study-practise dont lead to stress while you're actually not studying.

Its not just you, I'm going through the same, my test is just a few weeks away. You have to remember why are doing this. If getting a MBA was so easy it wouldn't be as coveted. Stay focused, but don't drive your self crazy, we'll get through this.

Try-

-Writing a list of goals. Read them every day.
-Since you have not been seeing much improvement what areas are you confident in? try and strengthen it even more. Much easier to boost confidence and then try to tackle difficult areas.

Good luck!

Well I am also very stressed out but still I keeping telling my-self the importance of relaxing, confidence, pressure handling all the day....bcoz the game is all about CONFIDENCE.

Relax, chill, do what gives you the max happiness, like for me it's eating junk food  ....chatting or music
