A. conceded the lineup, in which the player's strengths were better utilized, he said that in future they must be agreed upon by all the coaches before being put into practice.....They doesn't have any clear antecedent....This choice also have idiom error....concede to is the correct idiom

B. conceded the lineup, in which the player's strengths were better utilized, he said future line ups would require the consent of all the coaches before putting them into practice....What does them refer to...is it line ups or coaches....ambiguous pronoun....This choice also have idiom error....concede to is the correct idiom

C. agreed to the new lineup, in which the player's strengths were better utilized, he said future lineups must be agreed upon by all the coaches before being put into practice....There is no error in this agreed to is the correct idiom and no pronoun ambiguity too.

D. agreed to the new lineup, in which the player's strengths were better utilized, he said that in the future, they must be agreed upon before having been put into practice...They doesn't have any antecedent to refer to.

E. agreed on the new lineup's utilization of player's strengths, he said that in the future the lineups must be agreed upon by all the coaches before they have been put into use.
...Again they doesn't have any clear antecedent.

C is the answer.
