my ques is ->

There may be case when there are different kind of fines.. e.g.

when licence is not there , fine is 100 $
when seat belt is not tied , fine is 200 $
so and so...

and now when they reduced all fines to half of their previous value i.e. they became 50 $ and 100 $ respectively.

then ITS THE AMOUNT WHICH IS REDUCING NOT THE NO OF FINES....

HOW WE CAN IGNORE THIS SCENARIO...????

and choose the other competitive ans.
