Local customers are more likely to spend money in the central Lyriana business district than are tourists visiting central Lyriana by automobile.


COuld not make out whats wrong with this sentence
Does it not mean:
Local customers are more likely to spend money in the central Lyriana business district than are tourists....

Please post questions with all options and underline the part of the sentence under study.
GMAT does not test for "an English professor" in you. :D
