Please take a look at my reasonings for CR problem

Hi ya'll. Just started CR section of Princeton Review verbal book. The explanation of a sample quesiton in the book was a little vague so I dissected the answers and reasoned myself why one is correct and others are wrong. Please feel free to critique my reasonings. Thank you very much.

Passage

A new interactive television company offering subscribers the ability to download movies off the Internet will have an easy time installing its new equipment in Hong Kong. Most of Hong Kong's residential buildings are easy to require and in close proximity to one of the company's central video servers. Thus this new service is destined to succeed, despite the high cost to subscribe.

Conclusion: The movie service is going to succeed even though it is expensive.

Premise: Internet movie service is available in Hong Kong will be purchased by anyone who lives close to the central server despite it's high cost.

Assumption 1: Hong Kong people like to stay home rather than go out
Assumption 2: Hong Kong people are rich.

Which of the following, if true, casts the most doubt on the validity of this argument?

1. There are no plans to set up similar services in any other major Asian city in the next decade. (The passage refers to only one company in Hong Kong. There is no mention of another company or competing companies with same or similar services currently.)

2. Surveys indicate that many Hong Kong's residents would like the options of American movies that are subtitled rather than dubbed, and the new company cannot offer that yet. (This statement has no relevance at all! From the passage, we can assume that Hong Kong people like to watch movies. However, we cannot assume that they favor American/foreign movies over Hong Kong movies. Simply, all we can assume is that Hong Kong people, because of their love for the movies, will most likely subscribe to the internet service even though it's pricey.)

3. The residents of Hong Kong who have the most wealth, and are thus most likely to subscribe to the service, live too far away from the city center to be connected. (This is a good statement. The conclusion states that the service will be a big hit even though it's pricey. Earlier, we assumed that most Hong Kong people like movies. Whether they are rich or poor, most Hong Kong people will subscribe to the service because of their love for movies. Most likely, the rich people will make up the bulk the customers. However, if rich people do not live close to the server, they may still subscribe to the service, but the download speed will be slow, hence affecting customer service. This, in turn, may cause the rich people to think twice about continuing service.)

4. The current cable-television provider in Hong Kong has lost money in each of the past four years. (NO REVENCE WHATSOEVER!!!)

5. Hong Kong's Bureau of Zoning has authorized the construction of more than 20 new movie theaters next year. (Here is a tricky one. The construction of the new theaters may attribute to easy access to theater experience, but the convenience of the internet service will be too expedient for Hong Kong people to ignore. In addition, the new theaters are too out of box compared to C, which refers back to the conclusion of the statement.)
