HELP - GMAT STUDY SCHEDULE

by timmerw » Wed Nov 11, 2009 2:17 pm
I am writing the GMAT Feb 5th, and have attempted to create a study schedule. I work full time until 5 PM each day and have weekends off.

Can someone please look at my schedule and tell me what I am missing? And have I loaded too much in? I am using the Manhattan Strategy Guides for all my prep except Critical Reasoning, for which I am using the Powerscore Bible. After completing these, I hope to get through the official guide and then the 800 book. I also have the Official Quant and Verbal books but have found no place in my schedule for them. How important are they?

Feedback would be much appreciated! I have been out of school for 3 years and am quite rusty.

I was looking at your study schedule. I am planning to give my gmat in the 1st week of jan 2010.

Did geometry chapters from MGMAT this week. Chapters 1-5 took about 1 1/2 hrs each for me to read, understand, remember, make flash cards and solve prob set after the chapter. Its been 10 yrs since i'm out of grad school and might have taken longer time coz I was going through the book very slowly.

I can say your plan of completing geo from mgmat in 3 days is good. I see that they are working days too.
