hi,

please explain which one would be the answer and why

The term "folk region" region generally refers to those regions that, unlike mainstream regions, lack an established theology, are loosely organized, and incorporating different parts of several unrelated traditions.

A-unlike mainstream regions, lack an established theology, are loosely organized, and incorporating different parts

B-unlike mainstream regions, are lacking in an established theology, loosely organized, and are incorporating different
parts

C-unlike a mainstream region, lacks an established theology, is loosely organized, and incorporates a different
part

D-unlike mainstream regions, lack an established theology, loose organization, and incorporate a different
part

E-unlike mainstream regions, lack an established theology, are loosely organized, and incorporate different
parts

I think ans is E as only this has used verb and parallelism correctly.

A. loosely organised and incorporating are not parallel - not correct
B. lacking,loosely organised and incorporating- not parallel not coorect
C is not correct , not parrallel
D. not parallel ( LOOSE ORGANISATION)
E LACK AN ESTABLISHED,LOOSELY ORGANISED AND INCORPORATE ARE PARALLEL HENCE CORRECT
