hi,
need some help over here.

long story short,
i live in norway, im a medical doctor with a phd, both degrees the from university of oslo. round about 6 years in work.
want to do an mba. Took the gmat, got 630, retook the gmat got 660 q71% v81%. dont have the time to retake it. no GPA. just pass or fail at the faculty of medicine.
i want to attend INSEAD, saïd or judge.
am i aiming out of my league? or do i because of my non-business backgraound have a chance with a low gmat?
r3 deadline for insead is next week, and next month for said, should i just wait for next year? getting rejected this year might reduce my chances next time around-

Wait for next year. You COULD get in with a 660, but its also last rounds, and you will be super stressed to write an amazing application. Waiting just a few months will not only give you the opportunity to get a better GMAT but also to do things smoothly and precisely.
