This question has probably already been addressed and is a bit touchy, but I would love to hear an opinion. I am fully aware that a response to this question deserves a politically correct answer such as "all schools view each of these compenents with equal importance and it is a package application."
In your opinion, taking the average of all top 50 b schools, what type of weighted percentage of importance would you assign to each compenent of the application when adcoms review your applicaton. My personal top-line assessment is below. I would love to hear opinions.
i.e.
GMAT- 30%
Work Experience- 20%
GPA- 20%
Essays- 15%
Resume/CV- 10%
Interviews - 5%
