Howdy all.
I'm preparing to take the exam in a couple days and was thinking about the Analysis of an Argument essay. If I wanted to refer to the author and wanted to use a pronoun, what should I use?
Example:
"The author's assertion..."
"His assertion..." "Her assertion..."?
Does it matter? One can only read/write "The author" so many times before getting tired of the term. GMAT 800 refers to the the general GMAT taker as "she"...
Do you have an opinion?
