Will my 620 be enough?

I took the test on the 1st of December and scored only a 620 (Q44, V33). I am applying for a PhD program at the University of Alberta. I have a 3.94 CGPA with 8.5 IELTS score.

Does anyone of you think that I have a chance or should I retake the GMAT?

620 is definitely low for a PhD program.. Not sure what the entry requirements are for the Univ of Alberta..

Any score >=680 will be nice...
