IMO B as
Picasso revolutionized painting in the twentieth century by abandoning traditional painting methods, creating images unconfined to one-point perspective, and built up three-dimensional images by depicting fragmented solids.

B.creating images unconfined to one-point perspective, and building up

The portion highlighted in Green are parallel which is necessary in this question.

Revolutionized painting was a superset and we are talking about the things he did whle revolutionizing it and hence we will not consider revolutionized painting while checking for the parallelism.

E would be correct only if 'building up..' clause can modify 'created one image'...it does not seem logical in this case
