hey guys,

Couple questions: I purchased kaplan premier live and the cd rom it comes with does not work, is there anything i can do to fix this issue?

Another question: I accidentally started an exam online CD-rom exam 1 and i quit it before answering a question, now it will not allow me to retake it. Is there a fix for this?

Sorry to hear that you're having technical issues! It's a little hard to diagnose technical problems through a forum, so I would suggest that you email a detailed explanation of the error messages you're recieving to [email protected].
