In a certain law firm, there are five senior partners and five junior partners. All senior partners receive bonuses greater than those received by the junior partners. Does senior partner Andrew receive the largest bonus of the lawyers at the law firm ?

1] Andrew receives a bonus greater than twice the average bonus for all senior partners.

2] All partners in the firm receive some bonus and Andrew receives five times the average bonus given to all partners.

Seniors: A, B, C, D, and E
Junioir: a, b, c, d, and e

Statement 1

A>2 (A+B+C+D+E)/5

A> 2/5 (A+B+C+D+E)

insuf, since a is greater only 40% of the whole it can or can not be the biggest number

A 41 B 39 C15 D4 E1

A41 B49 C5 D4 E1

Statement 2

A = 5 x (EVERYBODY)/10

A = 1/2 EVERYBODY

so Andrew has the half of the money and the rest is divided among the other members. And also note that question stem gives you that "All partners in the firm receive some bonus" this tells us there is no other 50% in the rest of the group.
