Hello,
I signed up for a free practice test with Kaplan today (2/8) for 7pm-11pm. I signed in about 10 minutes before the exam start date. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me as planned. I was left waiting on the screen that says "please wait for your proctor to arrive". Did the proctor just not show up or did I do something wrong? I hope I could register for a new free practice test. Thanks for help.
