Please Help i have to Take GMAT in November

Hi Everyone
My name is Hitesh I am software Engineer currently Working in a MNC in Hyderabad. I have approximately 1 year of experince i am Planning to give GMAT in November as i want to start my MBA in the July 2010. I need assistance and advice from everyone in this forum.
I will tell u about my background a Little. I am a average student all my age. My mom is a widow n she brings me and my younger brother with great pain all her life by working as a School Teacher. I lost my brother in a accident three years back. I have a Post graduate degree in Computer Application. I want to achieve something in my Life thats why i want to take the GMAT. I have no idea how to start prepration as i am a very average student so i need to really work hard n get through with this Test as i m working full time so i need really to manage my time n take up this Test. Right now i am not thinking about Financial Obligations that may come in future as my first aim is Test . Please help me out so that i can plan out a strategy n start preparing . Please reply back as quickly as u can

You have plenty of time to prepare for the exams. Just relax and start brushing up your grammar.

First, download GMATPrep from www.mba.com, give the test to see where you stand.
Second, Get GMAT Official Guide 11th edition and give the diagnostic test.
