Ask a Kaplan representative

Hello.

I purchased this book in early 2010 and didn't start using the book until a couple weeks ago. When I tried registering the book, it said the code is already registered. I don't remember ever registering the book. I was wondering if the code is expired since I bought in Dec. 2009/Jan. 2010?
