Cant determine 1 exact value for p

INSUFF

p is divisible by 3

9 is divisible by 3
12 is divisible by 2

So on many integrs are divisible by 3

Taking stmt1) and 2) together

the only for p is 12

12/4 = 3 is a prime
12 is divisible by 3

Alternately,
we want a number 1/4 of which is prime and is divisible by 3.

This will only be possible when 1/4 of number is divisible by 3
so
1/4 has to be 3 [for making no is prime]
hence only possible no is 12
