Why can't I access my Live Online Companion?

Why can't I access my Live Online Companion?

I purchased the GMAT Premier Live Online 2010 Edition brand new from Chapters. When I try to register, I keep getting invalid serial number.

I can't seem to find any suggestions online. I've email support but I'm really anxious to get up and running.

Does anyone out there have any thoughts?
