Gmat Prep = Real Gmat?

is the gmat prep software setup like the real thing?

in other words, do you start with a "medium" question and then if you:
get it correct - move on to a more difficult question/get it wrong - move on to an easier question?

or does it just give you random questions?

GMATPrep does indeed use the same algorithm as the real test - it's the closest thing to the real exam. (Minus the anxiety of knowing it's the real thing, obviously.)
