Shuold i take GMAT or Not???

Sir,

I am Nilesh from India. I am a B.com graduate. I have completed my Graduation in 2011 at North Maharashtra university. My Academics is not too good. due to My family problems I have to work simultaneously during my studies. i obtained 58 % in Secondary education, 59% in Higher secondary education and 69 % in Graduation. Now I have decided to take GMAT in July 13. i want suggestion from you that is there any good b school which provide MBA to freshers or any other option. My target is 740 in GMAT please reply ASAP.
