GMAT 610 V 23 Q 50 AWA 4.5

I have given exam, last week, but score were abysmally low. With this score, I am not going to apply to any college.
Please suggest me what to do ......
1. Go for retest, first prepare and then go for test or Apply with this score.
2.Can I apply with this score.

a lot depends on the school that u r targetting
some schools u might get admitted with this score too..
