Cellular telephone conversations, though sounding like a continuous stream of conversation, are in reality of composed of millions of tiny audio frames, each containing only a fraction of a second of sound wrapped inside their digital envelope.

IMO E

IMO rest all options have pronoun reference issue.

A. each containing only a fraction of a second of sound wrapped inside their ( each is used as antecedent for their so incorrect )
B. all containing only a fraction of second wrapped inside its (antecedent of its is all so incorrect)

C. all the sounds only a fraction of a second long and wrapped inside its(same mistake as in b) D. every one containing only a fraction of a second wrapped inside their (every is antecedent for their so incorrect)

E. each containing only a fraction of a second of sound wrapped inside a (correct)

A, B, C and D can be eliminated due to incorrect usage/ambiguity of pronouns.
IMO, E is the correct answer.
